Brooklyn-born Chef Michelle is a passionate, versatile culinary professional dedicated to uplifting her community. After earning a degree in Hospitality Management and chef certification from NYC College of Technology — with experiences in Paris and Disney — she managed school kitchens in Manhattan before transitioning to education.
For nearly a decade, she’s been teaching and mentoring young adults in culinary arts, both in and out of the classroom, using food as a way to inspire creativity, confidence, and connection.
